Park House Building Development Branding Project.

Brief - Design the marketing materials needed for a new building development of premium retail outlets and apartments. Called Park House the developement is in a prime location on Oxford Street, London with views overlooking Hyde Park.
Agency - Personal Project.

Info - The logo concept came from the leaves of the London Plane tree, which is growing in Hyde Park.

Info - The London Plane leaves are used as a decorative design feature on brochure / leaflet folders.

Info - To generate interest and excitement the building site hoarding has a safety glass window in the middle of the O in WOW so that passers by can look in an see the construction site.

Info - A general press ad aimed at both retailers and prospective residents.
